1. Booking and Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary formalities.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
• Special offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable.
• Late cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) may incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
• Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative booking.

4. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.
• We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all our facilities.
• Our therapists are certified and trained professionals. Please follow their guidance during treatments.
• We reserve the right to decline service if we believe a treatment may be unsuitable for your health condition.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed for any service at our spa.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Aleena Spa unless otherwise stated.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this website without our written consent.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.
